  • Heather Lamboy

She is a professional dancer and actress who has performed in many shows for Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, and MeDance Company. She was first introduced to Pilates at age 12 in her hometown of Cincinnati while training at the Cincinnati Ballet. Heather continued to do Pilates to complement her dance training and in 2015 became a Certified Stott Pilates instructor. Pilates has helped her prevent and rehab injuries, stay in shape during pregnancy, and recover from her C-section. Heather believes Pilates is for everyone, but also believes it is a great compliment to dance and other sports and fitness training.

  • Neda Saraj

    Pilates Instructor

Neda’s passion for health and fitness started at a young age and led her to dedicate her college career towards educating herself to help others. With this determination, she earned a degree in Exercise and Health Science from Kennesaw State University. After college she served others as an Athletic Director for a private health club in Vinings, Georgia where she was also a personal trainer and a group fitness instructor. Neda’s Pilates practice began in 2016 when she quickly realized Pilates was a fantastic way to rehab her hip and foot injuries while getting an incredible full body work out. She also felt compelled to help others with their Pilates practice just as other instructors had helped her! When Neda isn’t at the studio, she can be found fostering animals, enjoying the pool, and whenever possible, the beach.

  • Julie Sandidge

After graduating from Auburn University in 2016, she went on to work as a Nutrition Educator and Lactation Counselor at the Florida Department of Public Health. • Stephanie Little

    Owner & Instructor

After 20 productive years in Information Technology, Stephanie Little was inspired to join the Club Pilates Revolution to help bring Pilates to the masses. Following an active childhood in both sports and dance, Stephanie has continued to enjoy dance, Yoga, Barre, and Pilates. She also fancies an occasional 5K. How has Pilates improved your daily life? When we first met, my legal boyfriend and I bonded by working out. Overtime our active time together waned. Pilates allows us to spend active time together while still challenging ourselves individually. We have fun AND we feel better. What is your love to hate exercise? Draw a sword but truly almost any arm work. Although my arms are somewhat toned, building upper body strength continues to be a personal challenge. What was your last adventure? Does opening a Pilates studio count? Our last memorable excursion was an end of year trip to visit friends in Germany and surrounding areas. We welcomed the new year in a family owned castle in the Normandy region of France. It was unforgettable. What are some small things that make your day better? Coffee, guacamole, humor, friends, inspiring others... oh, and Pilates of course!

  • DJ Little

    Pilates Instructor

DJ Little is a Master Sergeant serving in the USAF at Dobbins ARB in Marietta Georgia as an aircraft mechanic. He joined the USAF in 1989 after his mom threatened to kick him out of the house after he graduated high school! Since leaving Massachusetts, he has traveled the world with Uncle Sam. DJ continues to deploy all over the world when needed on his favorite aircraft, the C-130 Hercules. He also happens to be married to Stephanie, the owner of Club Pilates East Cobb. Together, they enjoy helping people with their wellness goals. When DJ and Steph first started dating, fitness was a big part of their life. However, life soon got in the way. Club Pilates was a perfect way for them to re-connect and also help other people. DJ is also an auto mechanic. He spends way too much time, fixing, buying, and selling old cars and trucks. Mainly, he spends too much money! So, hopefully his Pilates teaching can bring him some extra cash for the next toy. Pilates was certainly not on the radar screen for DJ, but it has proven to be a nice glitch in the Matrix. Pilates has improved his posture, helped his military run times, and eliminated all back pain due to his sometimes-strenuous job. It’s too bad it can’t help him with his love of Scotch Whisky and Pizza! DJ has a different personality that some people will enjoy while others just might not get him! Either way, his personality comes out during class and it provides for a different type of learning environment. If you don’t follow his cues, you might even get a taste of his military side!

  • Carolyn Dail

Carolyn moved to Atlanta in 2016 with a corporate relocation. While she has always been committed to health and fitness, 30 plus years in Corporate IT and the aging process took a toll. She joined Club Pilates East Cobb shortly after it opened in early 2017 and was immediately hooked. The focus on mind body awareness, strengthening from the core, and performing exercises with excellent technique have helped her realize terrific results from regular Pilates workouts. As an instructor, she strives to provide the same health benefits and supportive community to her clients that she herself has experienced.

Before receiving her degree in 2016, she worked as a Physical Therapy Aide and a Strength and Conditioning Intern for Kennesaw State and two different high schools. She fell in love with assisting athletes, exercise rehabilitation, and watching people come back from injury. ~~ Through the years, Whitney accumulated some back, hip, and calf injuries and found Pilates to be an effective way to rehab and receive an amazing full-body workout. After graduation, she became a Clinic Administrator for a Massage Envy located right next to Club Pilates. • Krista Spivey

    Pilates Instructor

Krista found fitness in her forties, first by regaining control over food and then by adding exercise. Finding the right exercise routine was a journey. After going through several different fitness facilities she observed one thing that stood out: people were getting injured from either incorrect form or “over doing it”. So when Krista walked into Club Pilates and took her first Intro class she knew she had found the right fit! She appreciates the small member to instructor ratio, the use of hands on corrections, and a complete focus on muscle and mind engagement. ~ For the past 5 years Krista has been working with clients on their nutrition so becoming a Pilates Instructor was the perfect fit to continue helping people find health and wellness through mobility! ~ When Krista isn’t in the studio; teaching, taking a class, or practicing, she can be found shuttling her two teenagers around town, caring for two German Short-haired Pointers, or trying to grab some one-on-one time with her husband Eric. She also loves conspiracy theory suspense books.

  • Maggie Hentschel

    Pilates Instructor

Maggie’s interest in all things mind, body and spirit started at a very young age. Although her passions would always be routed in the alternative she went a more traditional route for 20 years working as a consultant, market researcher, and brand strategist. After her time working overseas in Switzerland and China she realized she missed her passions and knew it was time to time to refocus on her own mind, body and spirit. Having practiced Pilates on and off for 10 years she knew she wanted to share this amazing form of exercise that has a deep focus on the mind body connection. In addition to teaching Pilates she also is certified in energy healing and mindfulness. ~ As an instructor Maggie enjoys sharing her knowledge of the core principles of Pilates (Concentration, Control, Centering, Flowing Movement, Precision & Breathing) all of which require a deep mind body connection to execute successfully. The benefits of a mind-body connection are too numerous to list but some of these include relaxation, increased body awareness and an enhanced mental and emotional well-being. ~ Maggie uniquely blends these diverse gifts while teaching revitalizing Pilates classes that help others live happier and healthier physical and mental lives.

  • Kenzie Kohler

    Pilates Instructor

Kenzie has 20 years of experience in the fitness industry as both a Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor. Her group class repertoire includes a variety of formats such as Spin, Bootcamp, and TRX. For many years Kenzie referred her own clients to Pilates in an effort to help them prevent injuries and maximize their exercise regimens. A few years ago Kenzie decided it was time to add Pilates into her own routine and she developed an even greater fascination with the practice. A few of Kenzie's favorite Pilates concepts include: being mindful and intentional in movement, as well as achieving muscle symmetry by leaving no muscle left untouched. It didn't take long before Kenzie decided to take a leap in her career by completing a comprehensive Pilates education from both Balanced Body and Club Pilates. When not teaching Pilates or coaching clients Kenzie, and her dog Norton, like to run trails and go waterfall hunting in North Georgia.
