Ann R. Keller, LPC
Licensed Professional CounselorLife can be difficult sometimes, especially true if you are struggling to manage your moods or your relationships or both. Having a safe place to process your struggles and make plans to live life in an emotionally healthier place can be helpful. I enjoy helping people improve their relationships by improving themselves. Some of the areas I enjoy working with are: Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Panic Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Phobias, Borderline Personality Disorder, and many others. When people improve in these areas, they frequently also notice improvements in their relationships. I am both a Gottman Level 3 Couples Counselor as well as a Prepare/Enrich Certified Counselor. I enjoy helping dating, engaged, and married couples with Communication and Conflict Resolutions Skills. I also provide Affair Recovery after the discovery of infidelity in the marriage. (Master's degree in "Marriage and Family Therapy with a Specialization in Christian Sex Therapy".) Having been married for over 35 years, I know first-hand how important it is to invest time and energy in improving yourself (which can improve the marriage). With a little bit of work and guidance you can see improvements which can make your life less stressful and more enjoyable.
