Aswani Thurlapati, MD, is an ABIM board-certified , Oncologist, and Internal Medicine physician at NGOC’s Marietta Cancer Center. She specializes in blood disorders and a wide variety of cancers, providing patient-centered, evidence-based care.Dr. Thurlapati completed her fellowship at the NCI-designated Hollings Cancer Center, where she served as Chief Fellow. She also served as Ambulatory Chief Resident during her residency at LSU Health Shreveport. An Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society inductee and recipient of the Fellow of the Year award, she is dedicated to clinical excellence and research. She is an active member of ASCO and ASH, committed to multidisciplinary collaboration and comprehensive oncology care.
